I have to agree with the other comments. I would like to add that they can't even keep your balance correctly on the app. It bounces 50 to 100 dollars up and down. Customer service is useless.
The people that work at this location are fantastic But US Bank is not. Canceled my debit card without telling me. No new card sent until my card was declined and I called. Fees on every account even with direct deposit. Sorry but the northwoods doesn't pay enough for a bank to keep kill8ng me with fees. Going to have to close my account.
TRIED TO CASH A CHECK FROM A U.S. BANK BRANCH IN TENNESSEE HERE WITH A PHOTO I.D. BUT THEY WOULD NOT CASH IT. THEY SAID IT WAS NOT FROM THEIR BANK BUT IT WAS, JUST A DIFFERENT BRANCH. DON'T GO HERE!! RIPCO CASHED IT.
The people are very friendly at the location. But I have been trying for 4 months to close out my grandmothers account after she passed away. I have filed all the necessary paperwork with the courthouse and state, yet they still will not close or pay out the account. I have tried calling customer service, management, and life events for US Bank, and they say to go in branch because they cannot assist but in branch cannot assist either.
