The employees are usually very friendly but lack knowledge, the branch needs to expand their hours they close at 4pm ( most people can’t make it before they close if they work ) and zero Saturday hours
While the employees are very nice I hate the drive-through. I have to come up to the area once a month to run my errands and this is the only US Bank in the area I needed to cash some checks but the guy in front of us from out of state had some kind of issue and after sitting there for almost 15 to 20 minutes I couldn't wait in line anymore because we had to pick our son up from work. Had excellent service for our small business. Very attentive and considerate of our unique situation and made excellent recommendations to help get us up and running.
The service at the US Bank branch here in Sugarcreek has always been phenomenal. I enjoy going in there and I'm always greeted with a smiling face.
Tried to report a fraud application . talked to 4 different people was transferred to the 5th and was on hold for over 30 min. and hung up. Have never or will never apply for a credit card. thank you very LITTLE.
