I am on disability and due and unjustified review due to a check that was deposited from a medical facility I was unable to eat for seven or eight days, which caused me a emotional mental physical distress and pain. I had to go to a hospital just to get a sandwich, you guys have ridiculous policies and procedures. Nobody can tell me anything besides a letter will be sent to me and couldn’t release the $408 I had. Basically, I feel abused after I repeatedly. Unfriendly atmosphere! Would avoid this location at all costs…
The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Paige Alvarez had the ugliest disposition the moment I sat at her station. I came in to do a wire transfer and you would have thought I asked her for the money. I was well dressed and always with a smile but her temperament was very dismissive and cold. If you want great service, travel to the University area branch where you're greeted with a smile and great service!!
Do not use this Bank. Terrible service. Did not return calls and did not follow through. After supplying everything i needed for a loan they wanted me to use their preferred vendor that didn't have what i wanted. They will waste your time and not stay committed to finishing your loan. After repeated calls and emails they just dropped the ball and did not follow through. I had to go to another bank and had it done in a hour
I am completely satisfied with the service and solutions provided by the staff at this USBANK branch, especially Ms. Nikki Green. She is an excellent professional and person. Highly recommended.
