A pathetic excuse for a bank. Uneducated and unprofessional staffers, representatives that can’t speak English and accounts that serve no purpose. Go anywhere else you’ll be better off
Avoid this bank at all costs. They closed 2 of our business accounts without any explanation after just a month or two — and despite multiple follow-ups, they have still not returned our funds (approx. $20,000) since early February. Each time we ask, they simply say the matter is "under review," with no clear reasoning or timeline. This is unacceptable, and we are preparing to escalate the matter legally and through formal complaints. This has been a serious breach of trust.
When Richard used to work there the service was way better. He always answer the phone and he took care of me fast and every other customer. Now they never answer the phone and the two girls over there are not very nice at all. They always seem to have an attitude, the Spanish girl and a black girl. They are kind of new And I see they’ve been getting other bad reviews recently
