I am completely satisfied with the service and solutions provided by the staff at this USBANK branch, especially Ms. Nikki Green. She is an excellent professional and person. Highly recommended.
Avoid this bank at all costs. They closed 2 of our business accounts without any explanation after just a month or two — and despite multiple follow-ups, they have still not returned our funds (approx. $20,000) since early February. Each time we ask, they simply say the matter is "under review," with no clear reasoning or timeline. We do not bank here (thank goodness) however hubby has the Reliacard from unemployment and NC uses US Bank. Their cash advance system is always down inside (we’ve gone in 3 separate times now). Another time, we came in around noon and their ATM’s were all down and had to wait 15 minutes…. How are you going to ask someone to open an account with you yet nothing is “up and running” meanwhile employees on their phones everywhere you look. This bank is located in the heart of the city. Unfortunately this bank bought our mortgage from Synovus Bank-which I highly recommend-and have been a nightmare to work with ever since. Most recently they double paid our insurance, contacted us stating if Insurance deposited the check we were the ones that would have to refill scrow. After that, they decided to forget we had insurance and hired an US Bank Home Insurance without our knowledge or approval of about $4000 an year. Complete Scam
