Everyone was nice and helpful
My husband and I had stopped by the US Bank in Rogersville to use the ATM and withdrawal money for grocies. When we went to the ATM the machine closed the little door where you get your money; before we could get our money!! We walked inside the bank with our receipt from the ATM and to let them know what had happened and that we did not get our $40 but the ATM says it dispensed it out. The employees told us that there was nothing that they could do that a service technician had to come out and then the ATM had to be counted... read more
Great place to do business. The manager and the staff will do mostly anything to keep you happy. I've tried every Credit Union in Rogersville and this place is the best bank in Rogersville!!
