I drove from Virginia to handle a personal banking matter involving an insurance claim check endorsement, and the entire team made the trip completely worth it. Excellent customer service. They reached out after applying for a couple credit cards. A year later reached out after opening a savings account and sent me their personal email. IVE NEVER SET FOOT IN THEIR LOCATION but very helpful and proactive. US Bank Credit cards sometimes make you jump through hoops for full reward potential but definitely worth it if you're on team cash back. Especially $0 annual free connect, travel card.
