Excellent customer service. They reached out after applying for a couple credit cards. A year later reached out after opening a savings account and sent me their personal email. IVE NEVER SET FOOT IN THEIR LOCATION but very helpful and proactive. US Bank Credit cards sometimes make you jump through hoops for full reward potential but definitely worth it if you're on team cash back. Especially $0 annual free connect, travel card.

Love this branch. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the USBank products were very customer oriented.
I had a problem with one of my account. There was money deposited in the account by mistake. I needed to have the money removed to balance the check book. The bank employee listen to the problem, did not try to explain the problem without first checking the paper work showing the problem. This required him printing out several account statements and canceled checks. He realized that he was not going to be able to fix the mistake that was made.
