Only bank I know of that the lobby is closed all day on Saturdays. Most banks open the lobby on Saturdays from 9 am till 12pm. So inconvenient for bank customers who can't get to the bank until the weekend. Not everything can be handled on line. Why does anyone us this bank? Did y'all notice in US banks response they mentioned on line service? Guess they forgot the part where I mentioned on line services. I was a visitor from out of town. During my visit, the staff were very warm, friendly, helpful, and quick. Thank you.
Never been in a Bank this Bad the most unhelpful Bank I have ever been in. DO NOT DEPOSIT SSI CHECK HERE THEY HOLD MONEY THEN refuse to release. Claiming, they don't know what happened. If you call 800 number, they did hold money & explain truthfully what happened. Branch in Heber Springs is a Joke, Account holder is sleeping in the dirt without any money
