The managers are super helpful and take a genuine interest in providing very personalized service. The experience has been far superior to what I experienced at my previous bank for many years. I am very glad I moved to USB and always get friendly and knowledgeable help whenever needed.
Although a small branch, they deliver excellent service. I can sit down. With Eric or Amit or any of the staff to receive concierge-like service. Keep doing what you’re doing.
