Poor and unfriendly service is the norm for the Pahrump branch of US Bank. The teller was too busy chatting with customer in front of me and not tending to banking business. In the future I will only conduct my banking with a Las Vegas branch.
‼️Beware of US Bank in Pahrump Smiths store. The clerk spent 25+ minutes with some woman who held up the line for 10+ people. When my wife and I were finally able to get to the clerk she said she can't help us because our request would take 2 minutes and there was a line.... despite spending 25+ minutes with previous person.
simple uneducated tellers speak of your private banking in front of other customers. this branch is inside a supermarket and they have 3 ft between windows and the customer next to me could hear all the things the teller was saying that should have never been brought out outside of a private office.
