Robyn is RUDE. I have a joint account with my husband, he has locked me out. I went in there to get our banking info and she refused to give it to me. Only the last 4 numbers. Today I was to have a meeting with her and she refused to see me. The lady who did help me was extremely polite, professional and courteous and gave me all the information that I am entitled to I've heard many bad things about Robyn either she needs to be retrained or let go.

The first time i went to this branch in Pahrump, i had an unpleasant experience. The teller was rude. I was making a deposit and she wasnt helpful. I had just moved to pahrump and i had a temporary form of ID from the dmv showing my change of address. She will not help me, asked for utility bills etc. after knowing i have been a client for more than 10 years. I went to a branch in Las Vegas and the teller there was so helpful. Girls at this branch are THE BEST!! They know their customers by names. Always helpful and do the best they can.
I've been a customer of US Bank for many years. The tellers in Las Vegas are always polite and helpful. The tellers in Pahrump are always rude and unfriendly. It's sad that I have to go to Las Vegas to get helpful tellers when I live in Pahrump. I refuse to deal with their rudeness anymore.
