Nice people in the branch. Utterly incompetent in the back office to the point of being harmful. I strongly advise you not get a mortgage at US Bank.

Altho' a per-chek fee of $02 is now charged, their ability to quick-print personal checks (2 per sheet) is most convenient to me.
