10/20UPDATE: I talked the bank staff in the branch, they are all very friendly and helpful. US Bank closed all the acounts for fraud, my guess is for trying to use Zelle and the account not being open for more than 30 days. So lesson learned and a forewarning for others, be careful using Zelle after opening an account with this bank. This review is rather late, over a year actually. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the long standing issue US Bank gave me. My father passed away and it took so long for US Bank to release his funds. This branch wasn't my father's branch but it doesn't matter which you go into. Afroz Ali was the one who helped me and apologized for the disheartening situation. He was patient, did not rush and he showed concern. We kind of bonded because he lost his father as well. I love this branch office. He always welcomes us warmly and responds kindly and enthusiastically. In addition to that, he does his job fast and perfectly.
I moved to the area two years ago and started banking at this location. I had an issue with one of my accounts and the new manager Ali was very professional. He went above and beyond returned all my calls and addressed all my concerns. I was very happy with the end result. He even put me into a better account. Made me feel appreciated as a customer which is a rare thing these days. Highly recommend. Thank you~Mark
