I love this branch office. He always welcomes us warmly and responds kindly and enthusiastically. In addition to that, he does his job fast and perfectly.
I moved to the area two years ago and started banking at this location. I had an issue with one of my accounts and the new manager Ali was very professional. He went above and beyond returned all my calls and addressed all my concerns. I was very happy with the end result. He even put me into a better account. This place deserves absolutely NO STARs! 00000-The Highwood US Bank really needs so new leadership- the community of Highwood deserves better representation- the service at this bank is by far the worst, the staff and manager are completely incompetent and unprofessional.
