I had a 10 second question to ask. Called the number. Had to enter account # and ss# and other things. Took 5 minutes. Finally had to press 0 to talk to a real person. Took another 10 minutes. It didn't even go to my local branch, it went to an Indian call center, who asked for all my info again. More than 15 minutes for a simple question.
Attempted to call this branch to order checks, since the app won't let me. Apparently none of the branches answer their phones anymore and simply want everyone to do everything through the automated system. If that's the case, why even bother having a phone number listed? Why have a phone at all? I don't understand how multiple branches can all avoid answering their phones and simply say "sucks, use the automated system or the toll free number loser. But don't worry, we still care about your business"
I love the US Bank bank inside Walton Kroger, every Teller is personable - no dealings with any of them that was not polite and pleasant.
People always go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied and offer other services, but don't over push. I have used lobby, phone, & app management &management on my app
Trying to cash a check with Amanda was an ordeal. Terrible customer service.
