I love the US Bank bank inside Walton Kroger, every Teller is personable - no dealings with any of them that was not polite and pleasant.
People always go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied and offer other services, but don't over push. I have used lobby, phone, & app management &management on my app
Trying to cash a check with Amanda was an ordeal. Terrible customer service.
Worst branch. Rude, incompetent people who could care less about their customers. Don’t bother. Take your money and your business elsewhere.
Stopped in today to deposit a check and the front desk workers were very helpful.
