The employees are very nice, a pleasure and I've known Joni probably close to 20 yrs. My only problem is some US Banks policies itself doesnt fulfill all my needs. the workers are great, its the corp. that's lacking. that's why 4 stars. The employees deserved a 5 in my opinion but they're the ones who helped raise my rating of 3 to 4
I go in there a lot and they are ALWAYS very nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend this bank to anyone.
