Friendly staff all staff work helpful
This is my first time visiting this branch. Unfortunately my branch closed and so the reason for my visit. The Teller, Sarah, was very pleasant and efficient. She offered her business card and a smile as a welcome to the branch. Great job Sarah!
I'm a non customer to this bank and since I'm on short term disability, I get issued a check there this bank. Yes a check. So every time I've been here, I've had to show 2 forms of ID and the last 2 times I've been here I've had to give them my social security number to be put in their system supposedly as a non customer, and told each time I won't have to do this again. Yet here I am waiting 35 minutes still for them to cash my checks and put me in their system as a non customer and had to give out my social security number... read more
