Felt very judged for no apparent reason and the employee that "helped" me was resistant to actually help me. He made me feel like I did not meet his financial standards and he was not willing to comply with my requests for my accounts based on his constant and unprecedented assumptions. Beautiful location with an lazy employe. Carl was not helpful with questions about my account or processing. Instead of asking for assistance from senior employees I told “I don’t know” several times. Travel to another location which was willing to better assist
