Teller was very kind, but the manger talked down to me like I was an idiot and talked about my account information in front of another customer. Was very surprised.
While my experience with corporate banking for my mortgage hasn't been my favorite, when I had an issue with mortgage payments not being applied correctly I set up an appointment at the branch. When I arrived the branch manager had already looked into it, spending two hours on the phone with the bank support ahead of my arrival and had a full explanation of what had happened and possible options to remedy it. they didnt give me any money its a scam
Overall I'm very satisfied with US bank Branch in Sammamish. Their bankers are very helpful and professional, they also speak additional foreign languages, what is very beneficial for Indian and Russian-speaking communities in Sammamish. I’ve also had notary service done there a couple times before with no issues. I have had lots and lots of personal and business banking relationships in my 20+ years of being an accountant and so I know great service when I see and experience it.
