In the past week, I needed assistance twice with my accounts, and both times I was helped by incredibly kind and patient agents. Steve and Armina went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. They were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and supportive, which made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate the great customer service and the positive attitude they showed it truly makes a difference!
This branch and it's staff are exceptional. They are warm and friendly, very positive, and extremely knowledgeable. I could go to the other branch in downtown Redmond for convenience, but here at sammamish I find the Manager and staff more to my liking.
Teller was very kind, but the manger talked down to me like I was an idiot and talked about my account information in front of another customer. Was very surprised.
While my experience with corporate banking for my mortgage hasn't been my favorite, when I had an issue with mortgage payments not being applied correctly I set up an appointment at the branch. When I arrived the branch manager had already looked into it, spending two hours on the phone with the bank support ahead of my arrival and had a full explanation of what had happened and possible options to remedy it.
