US bank is excellent. Friendly staff and Great service.
Their small army of employees takes up OUR parking. Y’all are the thorn in every resident of The Scenics side.
Was happy to find out there is a US Bank on the West Side. Arrived at 9:15am but the banker was not there according to security. Security told me they didn’t offer some services. When I asked about purchasing visa gift cards he said he wasn’t sure but probably not. He wasn’t rude but seemed like he was controlling who could and could not go to the bank. I wanted to ask the teller myself but he said she wasn’t there. Bank says it opens at 9am.
Branch can't even help with deposits. Security is very rude for no reason. I just asked to see a teller and he treated me very poorly, he seemed angry at me. I don't think they can do much in this "branch".
EvaMarie was incredibly friendly and resourceful in helping me resolve my issues. I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had so far with US Bank. Thank you for taking the time to guide me through the mobile app. I couldn't have done it without you, EvaMarie!!!
