Whenever I invited this place, they were so kind.
My Branch staffing are wonderful but the branching services are unacceptable such as the fraud department ect...
They prefer to chat, they will ignore you even if they saw you already standing in line .
This bank has the best service in the universe! Allen, Kevin, Abby, and someone else who’s name I unfortunately don’t remember are all extremely professional and friendly. I am now considering to switch my bank accounts over to this bank because of their excellent service. They order me $2 bills and Pennies every Thursday! They know me by my name , and those pennies and $2 bills sure are nice! Also conveniently located inside of the Albertsons grocery store and I’ll make a stop here every Thursday to get groceries, my pennie... read more
I like the long open hours they have verses regular banks not in market, works for me with my business not to mention the friendly staff. I never had an issue with them and one time I mis-counted my deposit cash and Kevin found I had extra money, that was very nice that they are more carful than I sometimes. I find the online bill pay and bank statement very easy to use and manage. Thumbs up for all the employees there, and thank you for a great service.
