I go in with 24,000 yes 24 thousand wanting to open an account because my contractor has this same bank. The lady walks out then comes back with a manager and says this looks like money laundering. I continue to tell why I want an account so I won't have to withdraw large amounts from my other account to deposit to the contractor. He says we usually let you go ahead and do it but wanted to tell me thats what the banks is goin to think. I told him i wanted to open an account anyway. the worst damn bank , constantly have difficulties with the mobile app !
Great location. Helpful amd knowledgeable as well. Out of state and needed a new temporary atm... handled it in minutes and was back on the road headed to my next job. Thank you for great service.
The associates here are so efficient yet kind and friendly. They seem to really care about customers. The free coffee and water are great touches. Love that they have a room you can reserve for business.
5/8/2025 - Customer Service is starting to go down hill with the new lady in this branch! US Bank, please do a better job with screening your employees. The lady that "helped" me today ain't it! I have had several accounts with US Bank even before they were named US Bank, and with thousands of deposits, and in my account, they still try to get over on loan interest rates! Founder's Credit Union, which is much smaller, beats this place hands down!! The only good thing about this Bank is the nice people. Take your banking need... read more
