Stole 1600 dollars from my business account while I was out of country. Wasted days of my time going in to branch because only AI will answer phone. I have multiple unresolved problems and all I get back is bankers saying they don’t understand their processing software and how it works against you as a business owner with account management degree I can tell you this is NOT a safe branch for banking look into alternative options.
Would recommend! First time doing large international wire transfer which made me nervous. I was not able to do the transfer at the first appointment due to various factors but Jay and Manian were extremely helpful and detail oriented giving me peace of mind about the large transfer
King City, OR, has a coin machine now in the lobby. I tried it to deposit some change I brought in thinking I was saving the tellers some time. It stopped part way through my use of it. The folks in the branch did not know what to do, had no way to access. They took my info, my tally of how much I had deposited and promised to look into it. Almost 2 weeks later they have still not reached out to provide status. Today they don't answer the phone in the branch. One of the tellers name Terra is horrific in customer relations. If I could I would give her minus 5. They really need to fire her. Do not bank here if you are looking for polite people to help you.
