Would recommend! First time doing large international wire transfer which made me nervous. I was not able to do the transfer at the first appointment due to various factors but Jay and Manian were extremely helpful and detail oriented giving me peace of mind about the large transfer
King City, OR, has a coin machine now in the lobby. I tried it to deposit some change I brought in thinking I was saving the tellers some time. It stopped part way through my use of it. The folks in the branch did not know what to do, had no way to access. They took my info, my tally of how much I had deposited and promised to look into it. Almost 2 weeks later they have still not reached out to provide status. Today they don't answer the phone in the branch. One of the tellers name Terra is horrific in customer relations. If I could I would give her minus 5. They really need to fire her. Do not bank here if you are looking for polite people to help you.
1 star. Poor experience with the bank as an institution. I opened an account, they took my paycheck and wouldn't release money from it for over a month as they immediately closed my account without any concern or notice to me at all. They kept my money, made money off of it and sent me a check, I had to pay $7 to cash. All Tellers were wonderful, but I will not do business with US Bank again. I should send them a bill for all the interest they made on my pay. 1 star
