One of the tellers name Terra is horrific in customer relations. If I could I would give her minus 5. They really need to fire her. Do not bank here if you are looking for polite people to help you.
1 star. Poor experience with the bank as an institution. I opened an account, they took my paycheck and wouldn't release money from it for over a month as they immediately closed my account without any concern or notice to me at all. They kept my money, made money off of it and sent me a check, I had to pay $7 to cash. All Tellers were wonderful, but I will not do business with US Bank again. I should send them a bill for all the interest they made on my pay. 1 star
One of the worst US Bank branches around ! There is no option for 0 star review, if there was one this is pretty much where I’m at. I have made a deposit with the drive thru ATM on 09/22/24 , 00:16 . I have got a receipt from the ATM saying that a machine error has occurred and we are unable to credit your account or return some of the items you attempted to deposit.
