I came to the front door to deposit a check and the door was locked. It was after opening hours. I then tried to call the local Russellville office twice and no one would pick up the phone. So, then I drove to the drive thru and I sent my check and deposit slip through the drive thru and no one acknowledge they received my check. I used the call button and no answer and after waiting awhile and hitting the call button again, I finally had a woman ask if she could help me.
