Empty your deposit box before leaving for the weekend (ATM). I am tired of trying to deposit cash and the damn thing is always full and won't accept my cash. This has been at the very least 5 times in the last month and a half. : ( Do your job.
This bank is the "WE CAN'T BANK" !!!! There are so many ridiculous rules, for example, you can not make a cash deposit of more than $500.00 but they will take a check for a much larger amount for deposit with no problem. Anyway, I've been stuck for too long with these "the customer is always wrong" people I'll be moving the balance of my accounts to Umpqua Bank . I opened a small account with them about 10 months ago and I have to say they get a 5star rating from me, they have exceptional customer service!
