I value in-person banking and expect to be able to complete a basic transaction at a branch without being pushed toward an app or Zelle. During my visit to U.S. Bank, I presented a valid U.S. passport (as I am currently renewing my California ID), passed a verification phone call, and answered multiple security questions. I went to this bank hoping for a quick experience, but ended up waiting a bit longer than I expected. The tellers were nice and helpful, though, and I appreciate the service overall, just a little patience required!
Extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness at this branch. Despite multiple attempts to schedule an appointment for my ailing father, I have yet to receive the follow-up calls I was promised. The inability to get basic assistance makes it difficult to recommend this location.
I’ve had a really poor experience trying to schedule an appointment here. I was promised follow-up calls on multiple occasions, but no one ever reached out. I’m just trying to get help for my father who is ill and needs assistance, and the lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend this branch.
