They are a very nice small bank. I always feel welcome and secure that they are well trained, friendly and knowledgeable.
US Bank CLOSED IT DUNSMUIR BRANCH NOW KN NOV 2024 WEEED BRANCH IS ALSO CLOSING STILL have the Yreka branch 25 miles away if KAMALA GET ELECTED WHO KNOWS WHEN IT will also DISAPPEAR. Was not a US Bank anymore
Something is wrong at this branch's ATM. Many many times when I try to do anything at this ATM it will not allow a withdrawal of any amount. The option is greyed out and unselectable there is no message explaining why no note on the ATM and it is very frustrating to constantly have to go to another bank and pay a withdrawal fee to get your own money. This has happened during many hours a day and the middle of the night during business hours and after. I would have already switched banks if it wasn't so tedious to switch bill... read more
