Once again, this bank has succeeded in being the absolute worst bank I have ever been forced to deal with. I am waiting in the drive thru which only has one lane opened for over 30 minutes while watching at least three employees inside doing nothing to help customers get through the drive thru line in a timely manner. I am going to request my boss switch banks because this is ridiculous.
This bank has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever been before. They are always understaffed and the staff they do have are rude and take way too long completing even the simplest of tasks. I have never been there and it take me less than 30 minutes to do something as simple as make a deposit. Corporate should really do something about this branch.
This US Bank branch is garbage. The service is terrible. Don't waste your time calling them call another branch. I've had multiple bad experiences with this garbage branch!!! If you live in Hillsboro ohio need good service from a bank there are much better options.
