Does anyone work here? I have been trying to call the local branch several times and never has a live person picked up the phone. Very poor customer service!

Hats off to Carissa for her assistance last week with a new debit card. The lobby was very busy, and she sorted out all prior customers and set them up with their specialists, helped me, and covered the drive-thru. I can tell she is a strong asset to this location.
