I had a great experience and fantastic service today while visiting this branch. Courtney helped me open a new savings account with a better interest rate than my current one. She also gave me some good information on a credit card option for me that will maximize my cash back. I really appreciated her knowledge.

I recently closed a checking account at the Falmouth branch of the US BANK. Rather than give me the cash I had remaining in my account the taylor handed me a Cashier's Check. I asked her for cask and she told me to take it to "One of those check cashing places". I've been to three different "Check Cashing places" and told all three times the check is no good.
