Idk why I still go to this bank, they randomly canceled debit cards without telling you why, they reject legal payments such as my credit card payment I've been trying to pay for the past 2 month but this bank keeps declining the transaction. In terms of communication they do not know how to do their job
The Willow Springs US Bank branch has a great team. Always so helpful and professional. I've been a customer for 30+ years there. Highly recommend!!!!
