Came to USBank at the Milton Branch to make change. I used their ATM which I’m out of network so I accepted their $3 fee. Okay fine. But then I went to the teller to break it down from a $20 to $1s so I could make gifts for the kids. The teller informed me I needed a USBank card for them to handle that type of transaction so they could “track the transaction” whatever that means. I told them fine I’ll sign up and become a member. I come here to make credit card payments quite a bit, and it's always been very easy and quick. Sometimes there's a bit of a line, but even when there is, every employee has a window open and is helping folks. Always a kind greeting and pleasant encounter when I've been here.

Only getting one star because you can't put zero just came into your branch inside the Safeway with a client i do security for a the lady behind the counter was vary rude and unprofessional judging people they don't know and assuming I'm some sort of thief. Y'all really need to educate your employees on customer service. Good to know this is how you treat your customers.
