I visited this branch to deposit a check and was shocked to learn afterward that my account was being closed. Although I never interacted directly with Neshawn, the branch manager, I was informed that he was the one who initiated this action. Despite multiple requests for an explanation, no reason was provided. I have always adhered to U.S. Bank’s policies and terms, and I find this decision unjustified. Came to USBank at the Milton Branch to make change. I used their ATM which I’m out of network so I accepted their $3 fee. Okay fine. But then I went to the teller to break it down from a $20 to $1s so I could make gifts for the kids. The teller informed me I needed a USBank card for them to handle that type of transaction so they could “track the transaction” whatever that means. I told them fine I’ll sign up and become a member. I come here to make credit card payments quite a bit, and it's always been very easy and quick. Sometimes there's a bit of a line, but even when there is, every employee has a window open and is helping folks. Always a kind greeting and pleasant encounter when I've been here.
