We opened several accounts with US bank in Grand rapids MN and expected to receive 3% points on our credit card account. We have always received only 2%. We went to the bank today and discussed the situation. They looked over our accounts and agreed with us. They said they couldn't do anything about it. They advised us to call visa. After being on hold for 20 minutes, the visa representative said the bank needed report to visa the updated cash figures so they could change the percentage.
