I went into the branch, to withdraw $5000 they didn’t have that between their drawers. They discussed it and went to the safe to bring $10k back to subdivide. It Only took a few minutes and I was out the door…
Horrible US Bank branch. I have accounts at other US Bank locations and they are all friendly and helpful. This branch is the complete opposite. They opened an account for us and then made us jump through multiple hoops just to get online access (which after the 5th revision of their request we closed the account and went somewhere else). Even to the point of making up unrealistic requests from us, all for online banking access. There are so many other banks in Grand Rapids to choose from. Worst bank in the world! Complete waste of time. The ppl are not helpful at all. They won't even talk to there own customer service department. I am closing all my accounts and hope they go out of business!!!!!! Together we can make this happen. I'll even pay you to switch all your loans and accounts out of US Bank!!
Now they charge $3 to use their machines...- a convenience charge for an inconveniently located machine... I won't be back again, nor will they get my business... it's the little things that make our break. Update - They stole an additional $3 from my account!
