Each time I go there is always a problem. It's worth the trip to go to Richmond. If you have a low profile vehicle avoid the drive thru lane you will bottom out. I don't even chance it. The first time I came to the bank I was in my truck and noticed it. Today it was drive thru only and I was not going to risk my car. I am in Richmond enough and the staff there is amazing. I will just avoid this location at all costs.

Wish I could give them a 0 stars!!!!! This place is a rip off!!!!! Idk why anyone banks with them!!!! I took a check for lawncare I did for someone and even though it’s THEIR BANK!!! They charged me 7.00 to cash a check on their customers!!!! So they are using those peoples money to invest and loan out etc etc and also taxing the people their customers do business with! I won’t be taking any checks from US Bank customers anymore!!! That’s ridiculous

Tellers are slow...real slow. Atm is always down.
