US Bank has held our family's mortgage for many years. Normally we go in person to pay, but I decided to do it over the phone. There are scam phone numbers that don't go to US Bank but to somewhere else to steal personal information. Yes, I apparentely connected with one of those, I had given complete information including mortgage number, account, etc. For years, the US Bank staff in Delta Colorado has been wonderful.
