Absolute worst banking experience I have ever had! I got hit with a re-occurring fee day early. They charged me $36 three times instantly. $108 overdraft fee! I called to see if I could get some of it knocked down. Nope. Insane. Do Not Bank here!
I am a long time us bank customer. I deposited a check from my daughter who has an account at alpine bank for a car I sold her. Us bank did not clear the check and stated “account came back closed.” They don’t even call me or call alpine bank. The account was fine. Neither bank would take responsibility. Even worse they said they could not put the check thru again so we had to go to alpine bank and get a cashiers check. Absolutely ridiculous. This is the worse service I have ever experienced. Took 3 trips to the bank.
