I wheeled myself dowtown in a wheelchair with one good leg and one good opposite hand approximately 3/4 of a mile. I arrived at the bank at exactly 3:45 and said i wanted to open account. The teller said it was "TOO LATE" I told her it was quarter to four, they are open until 4 pm. She told me they couldn't because it's takes a half hour to do!
