UPDATE: Thank you Rick for the information. Went to use the ATM, the welcome screen was on, I put my card in and picked cash withdrawal. Then a screen came up with this ATM is out of service please go to a different location or use the mobile app. However it took my card, and i now have to wait for a replacement card that will take 3 to 5 days. This bank location is closed so I could not get help from anyone inside.
Although this information page shows they are open....they are NOT. Don't waste your time going there for person to person bank services. Last month there was a sign on the door to call for an appointment, does not give you that ability. Called customer service last month.
Seems to have plenty of staff but only one serve window open most of the time. Expect 10 minutes for service. Very rude also.
