I give Elizabeth 5 stars! I recently moved to Michigan, only after, realized there were no USBank branches just atms in MI. So I needed to close my accounts, not knowing I would lose access to past statements online. She accessed them so I was able to provide them to an apartment leasing office that I was applying to. Above and beyond, thank you Elizabeth!
