Iris and Tristin are incredibly friendly and provided above and beyond customer service. At the end of my transaction, Iris shook my hand and said "it was nice to meet you" which I've never had a bank rep say to me before. Personal and genuine customer service is awesome!!
After banking everywhere, only US Bank seems to make banking easier and more pleasant, and this particular branch in Hamilton is among the VERY BEST in my experience.
