Zero Stars Think it isn't possible to make a twenty minute task take 3 hours? Think again! We had an appointment at 12:30 for a specific purpose that she (the banker, whose name I'll leave out) knew about in advance because we had explained what we needed in detail the day before when we phoned to set up the appointment.
