Deposited a lot of money in cash through the ATM and it never got deposited into my account… this was my first deposit with my US Bank card and probably my last!

I own multiple businesses in McCall. Been here 30 years and use every bank in McCall regularly except this one. Awful experience with US Bank. I bought a business in town and the seller went to the bank to transfer the accounts to me. Unsuccessful, she sent me to try to add my name to the existing company bank account. They told us they only open bank accounts for new businesses (new EINs) they cannot transfer existing accounts.
