The first bank I have used. As someone who lives in Williams and uses this branch, it has been good for me. The inside is always clean and the workers work pretty fast with transfers. I will say though to not come in on Fridays, this is when they are usually the busiest since it's payday but even then, the line goes down pretty fast I haven't waited for longer than 10 mins. ATM is pretty faulty and if not it is pretty busy and you may need to wait for a while but all in all it is a pretty good bank.
This branch became my branch after I lost my home in the Paradise Camp Fire. I choose US Bank for their friendly and personal service. They are never too busy to assist. I cannot say enough good things about them. We live in a world now that everyone expects instant results, no waiting. I don't mind if I have to wait in line a bit, because I get excellent service anytime I have to go into the branch at Williams.

Times are plenty hard enough on small trucking companies with out banks playing games with your money us bank does not need nor want my business And I dam sure don't need theres
Customer service is great if you have the time to go in but since the ATM machine always has issues and they have limited staff (didn't bank with them prior to the pandemic so I don't know if they are fully staffed) there is always a long waiting time. Thinking of switching banks just because of how inconvenient it is to get cash out or do any none-online transactions.
