I’m a business owner and I have come to this branch to make deposits several times now… Every single time I try and make a deposit with multiple checks in the deposit, they have to scan the checks in on a machine… These machines that scan the checks never read the checks for the right amount.. so the teller has to go through and match the checks up and fix the amount. This branch though refuses to look at the checks and make the necessary adjustments…. Terrible customer service. I left this branch and went to the one in Milf... read more
Opened an account because I've recently become disabled and this bank is close to where I am living now. It took 3 weeks to get my ATM card, so then I made my first deposit on their app, and to be fair, it said it would be on hold for a few days. Ok, fine. Its been nearly 2 weeks, and now and all they keep saying is it will be released at midnight, and its still on hold! It's very frustrating! This place was highly recommended by family since I moved here from Georgia. I will probably close my account.
