I no longer can use the drive thru because I drive a dually pickup. US Bank removed the most outside station for some reason. So now I have to park and go inside to conduct my business. Very aggravating.

It's hard to bank somewhere that's hardly ever open. I picked us bank because they are a national brand and we travel alot. But what's the use if we can't ever access the drive thru or lobby because they have horrible hrs. I will be switching sooner than later.
The drive through closes at 1pm now. Closing early does not affect the number of people needing their service, but instead piles everyone up in a smaller time frame. This is the third time in a row i have had to wait half a hour to use the drive through.
