Was very kind, and I wasn't looking my best. They are very professional.
I scheduled an appointment to talk about opening an IRA account which was offered through US Bank. I get there to discover that the woman I talked to “didn’t know much about them other than they’re a lot of paperwork” -exact words. In short, they failed to provide a service that they offer. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone do business with the US Bank Morehead Ky branch.
I have been with US bank, Morehead for 30 years. Lisa and all employees at Morehead branch are wonderful.
