Had such a wonderful experience opening up a checking account with US Bank. The man that helped me, Jakob, was exceptional. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The manager Lisa was so sweet and down to earth. Truthfully , everyone there was so kind and made me feel so welcome. I do not plan on ever going to another bank. They are my bank for life now. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment to talk about opening an IRA account which was offered through US Bank. I get there to discover that the woman I talked to “didn’t know much about them other than they’re a lot of paperwork” -exact words. In short, they failed to provide a service that they offer. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone do business with the US Bank Morehead Ky branch.
