Very rude!! Talked to one lady on the phone and she gave me the info I needed on my husbands account well I got over there after an hour drive just for another lady to tell me she couldn’t cash the check even though we had money in the bank and the last lady told me it would be fine!!! I was furious and the drive thru lady was so very rude! The Tellers are really helpful!
Had such a wonderful experience opening up a checking account with US Bank. The man that helped me, Jakob, was exceptional. He was professional and knowledgeable and answered every question I had. The manager Lisa was so sweet and down to earth. Truthfully , everyone there was so kind and made me feel so welcome. I do not plan on ever going to another bank. They are my bank for life now. I highly recommend.
