I opened an account at US Bank almost 15 years ago in La Junta. At the time it had the feel of a cattleman's bank from earlier times. It was a smooth process and I was treated politely. Have since moved to the upper Midwest and am still a US Bank customer. With so many locations it has been very handy to access the bank when visiting other states in the Midwest and West. I opened up a few accounts and Ashley La Salle was super awesome great customer service for sure .
Phone response was to inform on hours of business. Only stated bank is closed until Monday. Knowing I wanted to know the hours of business! But although that was supposed to be the link it's NOT! BUSINESS RATING FROM ME IS F, A TOTAL FAILURE & LIE. BANK NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE CORRECTLY! F IS THE RATING!
