Given that control driven corporations don't give their branch employees the authority they are well capable of using to benefit the bank and customers, I keep using this local bank because I love the people that work there. Why? Because they care about me and my needs and are always friendly and fun to talk to. I don't care how much digital malarky, AI, etc., Real People will beat them every time for at least another 50 years...if you (US Bank Corp.) let them! {;^)
