The heavyset blonde man was so rude and condescending and had trouble articulating how to handle my dead father's account. The account of my dad father keeps being charged by the bank and I told him to please help me and he said the bank has the no obligation to help me and that it would be too much paperwork and I explained how the bank is literally taking money from a dead man who US BANK is well aware he is dead because of the death certificate. Given that control driven corporations don't give their branch employees the authority they are well capable of using to benefit the bank and customers, I keep using this local bank because I love the people that work there. Why? Because they care about me and my needs and are always friendly and fun to talk to. I don't care how much digital malarky, AI, etc., Real People will beat them every time for at least another 50 years...if you (US Bank Corp.) let them! {;^)
