I love the staff, always very friendly and very helpful.
Great banking experience
Bad experiences frequently. My paychecks are still being held after 2 yrs of banking with them. They insist that i carry around my very long account number and fill out my own deposit and withdraw slips. As of the last 2 days apparently they have reset or lost my pin number because merchants and the us bank customer service is telling me the pin ive been using for over a year is now all of sudden incorrect (well, who changed it then?!?!) Very unhappy about paying 10 dollars a month for them to "lose" my pin number and hold m... read more
