I cannot get ahold of anyone at U.S. Bank who is competent enough to resolve my concerns, even when I clearly explain the issue. I opened a personal checking account after seeing a promo ad offering a $250 bonus. The terms were simple: deposit $25 to open, receive at least $2,000 in direct deposits, enroll in mobile banking, and don’t have a prior account. Im so tired of the pos atm at this place everytime I deposit here there is trouble ahead then the bank people inside want to do absolutely nothing to help you smh I have to sit on the line with the people to chase my money down and get a refund and wait 10 or 20 days for them to refund the money
This is the bank I always go to and they have good set of staff that are very helpful.

This location sucks !!! Customer Service Has a lot to be desired…Scheduled an appointment for a Notary but when I get there they tell me they don’t have the right notary stamp. Weak ass excuse. I’ve been getting the same letter notarized every year with no problems. I Will never stop at this location when I am in Pueblo visiting…0 stars if possible!!!
