Never enough help.There was always an extended wait, no matter what the transaction is. I've never been in a more frustrating bank time and time again like this one. I do not bank here, but I have to do banking for a family member. Night and day from where I do my banking. Other banks are quick with all their the customers.
I cannot get ahold of anyone at U.S. Bank who is competent enough to resolve my concerns, even when I clearly explain the issue. I opened a personal checking account after seeing a promo ad offering a $250 bonus. The terms were simple: deposit $25 to open, receive at least $2,000 in direct deposits, enroll in mobile banking, and don’t have a prior account. Im so tired of the pos atm at this place everytime I deposit here there is trouble ahead then the bank people inside want to do absolutely nothing to help you smh I have to sit on the line with the people to chase my money down and get a refund and wait 10 or 20 days for them to refund the money
This is the bank I always go to and they have good set of staff that are very helpful.
