Very poor customer service , I have been their client for over a decade, I needed to talk to manager for something that a banker could not help me, called for a week left several messages, and today finally stayed on the line for over 30 minutes and still could not talk to him, the banker said he is very busy and apologized , I have been a very loyal customer and I believe he could have found 2 minutes for me in the passed week . I had an absolutely appalling experience at this U.S. Bank branch today. What should have been a simple 5-minute notary service turned into a display of blatant unprofessionalism and power-tripping by an employee named Armando. I was initially told I couldn’t be helped without an appointment, but after some back-and-forth, they agreed to see me. as I'm looking at all these 1 star reviews and it's funny cuz I've been banking at this specific location only for obvious reasons for 18 years... have hundreds of thousands of dollars in accounts and have not EVER had any issues!! the customer service is the best bar none so maybe it's not the bank? maybe it's YOU?!!
Don’t go to this branch. Bad service, they asked us to make an appointment to another day because it was going to take an hour and the bank was closing in an hour. We made the appointment, came back earlier that day, and still waited 30 mins. Nobody talked to us, nor apologize. They just simply don’t care
