Don’t go to this branch. Bad service, they asked us to make an appointment to another day because it was going to take an hour and the bank was closing in an hour. We made the appointment, came back earlier that day, and still waited 30 mins. Nobody talked to us, nor apologize. They just simply don’t care
Great people. Very friendly and efficient
I have a significant amount of money in this bank, which nevertheless charged me a fee for falling below a minimum balance--on an account from which I have never made a withdrawal. Why now? I have had that account for years. I was told to transfer the money to a new "Smarty" (they named it, I didn't) account, which I did. Now, I am being told that the CLOSED account is overdrawn. I gave the teller low marks in the questionnaire they sent me but I think it is the bank itself that messed up. How do I fix this?
