We are lucky to have a top notch bank like US bank in Rock Rapids,Iowa.
I tried to withdraw $40.00 fron the ATM. It sent one $20 bill out the slot sideways. I removed the $20, but the other $20 was not dispensed. I called customer service and had to spend several minutes before I could report the ATM issue. She transferred me to another person and that person transferred me back to the main menu. When I got home, I called again and talked to a third "rep" who said she could file a dispute for me. Some progress, but it likes the $40 dollars I thought I had is only $20. Cancelled my card 5 hrs out of town on a Friday night. 2.5 hrs on the phone to have them say sorry we can't help you till the Banks open on Monday HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET ANYWHERE WITH 0$ 5 HRS FROM HOME allow me to get money. TIME FOR A NEW BANK THAT ALLOWS ME TO USE MY MONEY WITHOUT LEAVING ME STRANDED
