Sooo, honestly, I have tried to love this branch because it’s convenient. However, every time I have come here to conduct business matters it takes at least 30min. Even just to cash a check.. Theres only 1 teller ALWAYS and there’s no general sense of urgency from the entire staff. Sorry for the ⭐️ ⭐️ review US Bank- please do better for your customers.
My mom was at this bank for 30 years. She is 83 yo now and was 2 days late on depositing money for an auto pay. She now has mobility issues so it was hard for her to get to the bank. It was the first time she has ever been short funds. She has never bounced a check. They refused to wave the fee for her being two days late. Think think of that a 30-year client who's a senior who has never once bounced a check they decided it was worth losing her to keep the $30 fee. Crazy!
I would like to Thank Jace Miller, who was very professional and helpful today. He went above and beyond which is much appreciated.
