I’ve been banking at this branch since I arrived in Yucaipa 20 years ago. I have never had any difficulty at this branch through the manager changes. I’ve seen changes to the branch, but the people there are professionals. I recommend this bank to anyone who needs a good bank.

AS AN 88 YEAR OLD PERMANENTLY DISABLED LADY I NEEDED TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL FROM MY BRANCH SO MY CAREGIVER DROVE ME TO THE YUCAIPA BRANCH AND I HAD HER GO IN AND ASK IF A TELLER COULD COME OUT AND ASSIST ME WITH MY TRANSACTION SINCE IT IS SO DIFFICULT TO GET IN AND OUT OF A VEHICLE. SHE DID AND A TELLER CAME OUT AND CHEERFULLY ASSISTED ME AND I WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE MY TRANSACTION SO EASILY.
