Muy mala atención hay una 2 Mujeres latinas que como son blancas secren mucho y atienden auno con desprecio y mala atención porque es Moreno uno lo discriminan hablan español pero con uno de hispano les cuesta hablar no Recomiendo este banco muy mala atención ojala y les den Capacitación a las trabajadoras para servicio al cliente.
For the most part this is an average bank. The people are friendly to a degree, willing to help, but often pass the buck to other branches, people, etc.. Other than that, they do have one person in corporate that loves to put the $36 overdraft on you no matter what the circumstance.

I went in to open an account. They were severely understaffed and I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes minimum. No thank you I’ll go elsewhere.
Very poor customer service. No value for customers time. Long unnecessary wait to talk to bank rep. Favoritism to some customer at the cost of others waiting. Bad attitude. Non professional staff. Avoid this branch. I’m planing to avoid US bank all together.
